Subscription Policy

Subscription Overview

When you enroll in an Ultra subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method every 4 weeks and ship your selected products until you cancel. Subscriptions are designed to ensure you never run out of your favorite Ultra products.

Billing & Pricing

Billing Cycle: Your payment method will be charged every 4 weeks from your initial subscription date.

Subscription Tiers: Multiple subscription options are available based on pack size. Pricing is displayed at checkout and in your account dashboard.

Promotional Pricing: First-time subscribers may receive introductory. After your first shipment, subsequent orders will be charged at the regular subscription price.

Promotional Changes: We reserve the right to modify promotional offers at any time. Changes will not affect existing active subscriptions unless you opt-in to a new promotion.

Price Changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increases to your subscription.

Automatic Renewal & Notifications

By subscribing, you agree to automatic recurring billing. We will send you an email reminder before each billing date. Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless you cancel before your next billing date.

Shipping

Subscription orders ship within 1-2 business days of billing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Managing Your Subscription

You have full flexibility to manage your subscription at any time through your account dashboard:

Skip a Shipment: Pause any upcoming order without canceling.

Change Frequency: Adjust your delivery schedule as needed.

Modify Products: Swap products or change pack sizes.

Update Payment Method: Change your billing information anytime.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date without penalty. To cancel:

1. Log into your account at takeultra.com

2. Navigate to "Manage Subscription"

3. Select "Cancel Subscription"

You may also contact our customer support team at hi@takeultra.com for assistance. Cancellations must be completed before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.

Refund Policy

Ultra products are consumable goods intended for personal use. Subscription orders are non-refundable once shipped. If you need to cancel, please do so before your next billing date. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hi@takeultra.com within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process payment according to our payment processor's retry schedule. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused or canceled. We will notify you via email if there are any payment issues with your account.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate payment and shipping information

• Monitoring email notifications about upcoming shipments

• Managing your subscription settings to align with your needs

• Canceling before the next billing date if you no longer wish to subscribe
